Sam's Club Bakery

Ordered a decorated character half sheet cake. It was completed on time but was poorly decorated. It did not look like the picture. The main issue was it was missing the colorful sprinkles around the sides. It looked very bare without them. When I asked about this, they came back and handed me a plastic bag containing five or six different kinds/styles of sprinkles. You can’t just dump these on after the borders have been piped or else it looks like a mess. There was also a visible seam down the middle that was sunken into the middle of the cake. Lastly, the top boarder is supposed to go around the edge of the sugar printed image to hide the edges (as in the example in the book). It was not. The piping design in general looked very rushed and different. Very sloppy work here or maybe they
