I had a very disappointing experience with the bakery department decorator at this Sam's Club. The attitude was rude and unprofessional, and mistakes were made on the order. What made the situation worse is that there was no apology or accountability for the error. If you're ordering for a special occasion, be careful - my order caused unnecessary stress and really affected my day. I would not recommend relying on this bakery for important events.
