What's the point of coming into fuel store to custom order birthday gift for someone just for it to be completely forgotten by the staff? I walked in to pick up my order, was ignored, directed to the Curbside Pickup to be redirected BACK to the Bakery to be told that the order that I witnessed being placed earlier this week wasn't even in the system? As someone who works in Customer Service, that was an abysmal experience that was beyond upsetting as a paying consumer and Sam's Club member.
