Sam's Club Bakery

Just called to ask about cakes and the lady was rude to me, just got a membership here to save money as I hear it's great for baby items like diapers and such. Anyways I wouldn't use this bakery. Uncalled for rudeness. I asked if they could put lady bugs on the cake she said no I asked so you can only write on cakes and she got rude saying you can pick online but she was not nice about it. Don't go to this bakery, RUDE! This is for my daughter's first birthday and it set the tone for what I think of Sam's club! Apparently they don't do smash cakes but u can get premade this is what I gathered as I was still trying to get information putting aside the rudeness of this lady, at the end I did let her know she was speaking to me very rudely and I abruptly disconnected.

Updated: changed from 2 star to 3. Sam's refunded the cake in full. Nice gesture but they still need to be more careful. Original: This is the first time we've used sams bakery for a custom order. We ordered a smash cake for our daughter's first birthday. We chose vanilla because she had not been introduced to chocolate and wasn't sure how her stomach would handle it. Paid $15 for it. When she dove into the cake it was chocolate. Thank goodness she was not allergic! They should not be making mistakes like this when knowing is for a baby. The whole inside flavor is a pretty big mistake. Especially since the cupcakes that come around it were all vanilla as well. Just pretty upsetting and disappointing.
