I had problems with the gas pump where it malfunctioned and froze up locking my ccard. Ivan was the onsite attendant and he worked diligently to try to reset the pump computer and finally got it working again after having to shut down both pumps. Though this process took over 15 minutes, it surely wasn't anyones fault. I am thankful the Ivan was there to assist me with this issue. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!
