Sam's Club Cafe

Dude, the cafeteria's pizza is cheap, and they have portable food, so I don't get why it only has three stars in the reviews, ya know?

Visited on 4/17/21 and they had an unexpectedly large menu (pizza- whole or sliced, hot dogs, churros, frozen yogurt, pretzels, pizza pretzels, soda, ICEE, yogurt parfait, cheese/cracker boxes). I ordered the pizza pretzel (soft pretzel topped with pepperoni, then cheese, baked and melted, and served with a side of sauce) for $1.98. (See pic) It was great!! So innovative.

They’re so slow. If Diane is on the cash register just leave. There was a massive line 30 mins before they closed and instead of trying to fit all the people in she just walked away and didn’t return for another 15 mins while there was visibly ample food. On the off chance you can get to her and order, she is still excruciatingly slow and rude. My party of 3 had to leave due to her incompetence.

Very slow. There was a 7 person+ line at the Holland Location right before close and the associate Diane, who has a history of being very rude, abandoned post for 10+ minutes. Food is good tho

I did not very enjoy this experience. I had bought a pretzel and a pizza combo. I was never notified that my pizza combo was ready.
