The service was very poor and unsatisfactory. After speaking for only a short time, the staff member became agitated and refused to continue the conversation, asking someone else to explain instead. This behavior was unprofessional and uncomfortable. As a customer, I found this attitude unacceptable. Respect and patience are basic expectations in customer service, and unfortunately, those were missing here. I hope management takes this matter seriously and provides proper training so this kind of behavior does not happen again.

I asked for extra extra extra extra extra pickles and they delivered. Not only is their food amazing, their service is top tier, even for a food cart. I ALWAYS order from them. I even tried a different restaurant for a change and I made the biggest mistake. Sam’s Hot Chicken for the win. They are the go to spot for their “Loaded Fries” because it makes me my belly happy, which makes me happy. Forever loyal customer. Sorry if my picture is horrible and half eaten. The best Mac and Cheese with chicken and Chicken Sliders! They are very prompt and good to take the order. I always order on call and they keep it ready in 15 mins. Highly recommended.
