San Jose's Original Mexican Restaurant

Me and my friends love coming to this location to see our favorite waiter! Bestie Joe is always very kind and has great service. It’s great to be regulars at a fun place and have staff that have become good friends! Yay Bestie Joe!

I was excited to finally try here due to the good reviews. I’m unsure if it was an off night or what. The only seasoning that seemed to be in my burrito was a whole bay leaf. Otherwise, it tasted like straight unseasoned ground beef. The churros were doughy, but I was going welcome any flavor I could get at that point. Probably won’t be someplace we return to.

Food feels more like a commercial American Mexican food. But not bad at all. Margarita Organic, was very delicious, the problem is when they sale you a “jumbo” size without even asking which size you would like? Or without even explaining that they have 2 different sizes specially during lunch. (until the end by the time Of paying ). I work in customer service and clearly, she knew what she did. I never saw the margarita on the menu or the price. So she simply charged me the most expensive one. Very nice women but is not nice when you try to take advantage of. I wouldn't come back. Is the small details on this industry.

Food was awesome, service was really good, mango lemonade was so refreshing.. we ordered grilled salmon dish and grilled chicken dish, both were delicious. Will visit again:

We love the Windermere location at San Jose’s!! The waiters are always amazing and treat us like family every time we are in there! This photo is from our most recent visit, I ordered the fajita nachos with chicken and steak and they were so so good!! Definitely check this place out! Also I love their frozen margaritas💙
