San Salvador Restaurant

Very difficult to find parking near the restaurant so had to go take out orders. I would rate the food at 4.6 to 4.7 stars even when the food were not piping hot since they were a take out. The food was really excellent and very good eats. My orders were Palomilla Des Res, aka beef, rice, and tomato salad. The second order was the beef taco with soft shells. The bill was $22.00 and it was a bargain compared to other local restaurants. The young lady was very friendly.

I was craving Spanish food and went in and asked for tacos, rice and the waiter even suggested to add something else from the menu. He told me my food would be ready in 10 mins. 10 mins turn to 20to 30. I noticed the waiter then come from behind the bar and sit at the bar and having a conversation with the other male customers. I get up and ask where is my food??? It doesn’t take 30 mins for tacos. He rush to the kitchen, comes back and say” oh they said you wanted delivery so they sent it out for delivery”. Make that make sense if I’m standing right there In your establishment, you took my order, and I told you it’s a to go order. I asked for an immediate refund and left. No apology was given, the watresses just staring at me. I was there for 30’mins and no food was given. I don’t want to

The pupusas were so dry and cheese was so stiff. I'm not sure if they have new management I always love their pupusas but the food today was horrible.

This is an ok place the pupusas are delicious!! But they are little compare to other ones. The services is ok, since sometimes they seem a little bit of a bad mood plus they kind of rush you to take your order. I order and steak salvadoreño with rice beans and salad, the beans had no flavor and the meat/ steak was dry.. I would recommend this place only if you are looking to eat pupusas

Good food. I enjoyed it and stuffed my face. Priced fair, service was down to one person doing everything but nonetheless she go it done and in a timely fashion. I'd go again for sure.
