Sandi Sue's Gluten Free Bakery

So thankful Sandi Sue opened a Gluten Free bakery in Bentonville/Centerton! My daughter from California found this bakery as a Christmas gift for teaching a one-on-one GF baking class since I have celiac disease. I was amazed of the information I learned while making bread (she gives classes on whatever baking you want). She made it easy to follow and lots of information on how different ingredients work and how much is needed. Came back on Saturday for the made to order donuts maple glazed bacon 💗 and chocolate glazed with sprinkles (which tastes like fried dough elephant ears at state fairs and a country-wide donut shop that starts with K) and the biscuit and gravy (yum). Wonderful gluten free bakery! The icing is amazing! Buttery, Velvety goodness that’s not too sweet. Each cake has a good flavor and doesn’t leave you with that usual GF chalky flavor. The cakes are moist and soft. We did a wedding cake tasting to get ready for the big day! They are so helpful and sweet. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Love our visits to Sandi Sue’s! Especially enjoy the fresh doughnuts and sausage rolls. Their take and bake meals are a special treat for gluten free families in NWA and their custom cakes are so fun!

Such a great addition to the Centerton Bentonville area! We stopped by today and had a wonderful chat with the owner Sandi. They were formally at 8th Street Market but decided to move and we're so glad they did! The bakery is a dedicated gluten free bakery. She had a great selection of sugar cookies, muffins, kolaches, cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, and breakfast bombs (a delicious surprise filled with egg and sausage). Sandi also had a great selection of Olipop sodas, which were HUGE fans of. Saturday is the day she fries donuts! So we'll definitely be making another trip. If you haven't had a chance to drop in you should, you won't be disappointed!

A+, no frills, just great eats joint! I got 2 cinnamon rolls and 2 breakfast bombs as they were coming out of the oven at 7am. this morning. I would've told her to hold the honey drizzled over the breakfast bombs but found it to be a fabulous compliment to the cheese and sausage inside. The bread was soft, not chewy, which I've found to be common w gluten-free breads. She boxes them in a convenient brown non-wax box, which is perfect for toting to work, +1 for using very little plastic. The cinnamon rolls are next level. Moist throughout, not too sweet, but FULL of flavor. That glaze frosting is so good. They are served in a cute individual bun container w a plastic recyclable lid, making it convenient to tote to work without losing half the frosting to the cover like most places.
