Sandwich Miami Brickell

I usually order from other sandwich places in brickell, but today I decided to order from this restaurant. Let me just say the flavors were amazing. The portion size was incredibly large and very filling. I will definitely be ordering from here more often. 10/10 quality!!!

The old lady working on the evening of January 14th was extremely rude and charged us the incorrect sandwiches and gave us the wrong sandwich and then gave attitude when we nicely asked her to change the sandwich to the correct order. We tried to approach the situation in a nice manner despite the mistake and were met with an extremely unpleasant attitude from the old lady. The service was terrible and we were charged $20 per sandwich. We gen I ased for tomatoes the staff refused to help me and gave attitude. I asked if gratuity is included and the girl said “she didnt know” when 10% was included as a late night fee. The dishonesty and lack of service made the late night food stop extremely unpleasant.

Stopped by for lunch today around 11am. Ordered the turkey, brie, avocado- all around amazing sandwich. Very large portion, super fresh and tasty. The service was also really nice, better actually than I've seen at most upscale places in Miami. I think they just reopened recently but this should be a top place on the quick healthy tasty lunch list for anyone in Brickell!

La Sandwicherie is such a gem. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful, but what really stood out to me was the atmosphere. It’s relaxed, chill, and effortlessly cool -the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy your meal, and just be. The customer service was warm and genuine, which made the experience even better. Nothing felt rushed or impersonal. It’s the perfect little café for a casual bite, a solo moment, or a low-key hangout. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to, it instantly felt like my kind of place.

Halfway through my sandwich, I bit into something crunchy that definitely wasn’t lettuce—a full‑grown insect was wedged between the bread and fillings. 🤢 I immediately phoned the restaurant and followed up with an email, hoping for a sincere apology and a plan to make things right. Instead, I got a dismissive “sorry for the inconvenience” and zero effort to offer a refund, replacement, or any gesture of goodwill. Food safety should be non‑negotiable, and so should basic customer care. I won’t be eating here again.
