Sandy Pony Donuts & Açaí Bowls

This morning we tried Sandy Pony Donuts. As soon as they handed me the box, the bottom felt warm. I'm thinking all the donuts start warm and are custom made. They appear smaller in size but they have some weight to them. We ordered a variety so we can sample them. My step daughter has a peanut allergy so they recommended to stay away from the chocolate chips bc the chocolate chips are near the peanuts. The girls were very patient in helping us select our dozen. My favorite was the bacon donut.

I loved stopping here for some fresh donuts and iced coffee. The staff was patient while we looked at the expansive menu offerings. The iced coffee was refreshing and the donuts were divine. I loved the Porky bacon donut the best however the fruity pebble donut was also a top contender. Highly recommend and cannot wait to be back.

Open during off season, but only place to sit are picnic tables outside so plan accordingly. They sometimes keep the lights off inside so don’t be discouraged if it’s business hours and they don’t look open. The donuts are fresh and still warm when you get them. The açaí bowl was a huge portion and absolutely delicious (also vegan!).

A must have when on the island! Love customizing the donuts and having them prepared hot and fresh for us! The pony and island themed names are a fun touch. Always enjoy!
