Sandy is a simple LAIR.. 7 days in advance I asked specifically for chocolate. if she (had) explained that could not have been made in chocolate, I would not have ordered it. - it is this simple.-your employees integrity is lacking. when I called to check on the cake; I even heard someone else in the background mention the cake and confirm it was supposed to be chocolate.. this is a photo taken of the cake. I have date and time stamps. when I called 2:14 Feb-27-26 about the order she said they a trace leche chocolate cake can not be made. Yes, you can absolutely make a chocolate version of tres leches cake. another lacking in integrity and accountability. I would like a refund and end this matter. you staff are horrible angry liars also.

Their food is delicious and so full of love, the bakery is inviting, and her pastry chef, Paola, can make any dream wedding cake you can think up that is beautiful and tasty! On several occasions working with Sandy and her team, she has made it happen for a bride or event client. Her pricing also includes her beautiful set up and friendly staff. Aw my favorite panaderia to visit when I'm in the area visiting family. Their conchas are always soft and I can find puerquitos 😋 you can also get rolls and other bread for sandwiches. I had an amazing mangonada from here as well. Their staff is friendly and helpful 🙂

The lady who work there ignored me and doesn’t have knowledge of ingredients in the food. Someone can be allergic if you don't know. She was talking to some other girl and she wasn't even looking like a customer. Giving looks all the time I ask questions. When I asked her for takeway, she was giving looks again.

Sandy's Bakery recently catered our Unfiltered Feedback Atwill Media Masterclass, and it was such a hit! The food was delicious and everything was packaged beautifully! They even had different wrap and chip options so everyone had something they liked! She made the whole experience so easy and I’d definitely recommend Sandy’s if you’re looking for a local caterer!
