Sangria & Salt

I had the best birthday brunch today! The staff was super warm and inviting. The food was amazing and flavorful. They have a Caribbean Mexican and American menu for brunch. My friends and I had the bottomless drinks for $25 such a steal. Sad to see Chacha go but Sangria & Salt is such a good replacement. The owner was super sweet too — gifted me a flan for my birthday

Great ambiance and delicious food. I realized the city doesn’t really have something comparable — a fun lively spot with sangria pitchers and great music, but isn’t geared towards 21-year-olds with its delicious elevated but approachable food, great cocktails, and beautiful interior. Love the booths! I highly recommend the Cajun Shrimp appetizer, which sits in a bed of zesty saucy goodness! I’m also really impressed with Ropa Vieja, Cajun Paella, sangria, and the quality of the service. I’d order all of it again and again. The frozen sangria was also great and not too sweet. Good for sitting at the bar, bringing a large group, or coming on a fun date night.

Came to celebrate a birthday as noted in the reservation. The space is open face brick, large horseshoe shaped bar with flatscreen tv’s and great lighting. The floral hand painted murals are really pretty. Greeted by the bartender who was also the hostess and server. Ordered our drinks, both sangria which was nice. (One had fruit the other didn’t.) For brunch the honey chicken waffles was enjoyed by the birthday girl. We ordered two NY steak/ eggs, waffles. Sent my eggs back twice to be prepared well. Luckily my guest got the better cut of steak as mine was mostly fat. There isn’t any maple syrup for the waffles, instead a mascarpone whipped cream ( which was dry and didn’t melt into the waffle) While I enjoyed my drinks, my guest was disappointed in being served bubbles in a wine gla

Tens across the board. I came for a post work bite today and sat at the bar. I ordered the Strawberry Smash, Jerk Chicken Tacos (Happy Hour menu exclusive) and the warm spinach salad. The cocktails are well balanced and flavorful. The strawberry Smash was made with Tito's - but the strawberry flavor was quite present and not cloying or "fake." The Jerk Chicken Tacos were tasty. Stuffed to the Max with tasty sweet and slight spicy chicken with a nice slaw on top. Came with three so perfect for sharing (or eat em all your self like I did). The Warm Chicken Salad was so balanced and fresh. The bacon tasted more bacony and the mushrooms added a nice earthiness. The spinach was just wilted enough by the warm dressing that it was a pleasant bite. Service is fairly casual and not rushe

Fantastic place! Excellent food and service. Decor is awesome and suits the Latin flavors of the food perfectly. Went for dinner with a large group and their large group menu pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended and a big Thank You to everyone at Sangria and Salt for making our celebration so much fun!
