Santa Clara County Public Defender

Public defender Gary is very condescending and seems to think if someone is offended or bothered by you conducting constitutionally protected rights, you should leave a public building. It's crazy how many Individuals within the public sector of the judicial system/Law enforcement are completely ignorant of basic laws.

I haven't visited the office, but when I was in custody and saw a public defender in court, they were very cooperative with the district attorney and we're not very unsupportive of claims of the police officer and district attorney which were completely wrong but believed commonly, the whole "a police officer hauls away a guilty person" belief. The defense has not been sufficient for me while incarcerated because there is little support for them to say anything amongst a community of police officers, sherrif deputies, district attorney, public defender, judge, and the courts. While most defendants are crime committing persons that happened to have a complaint filed by an officer, the public defender hardly recognizes an innocent accused person, or a victim of several criminals crimes inc
