I was assigned to a counselor over the phone today named Juan. I talked to Juan for 30 minutes, until he said hold on for one minute, I waited for six. He got back on the phone and said "oh I'll call you right back". I get a call back from the front office saying that oh would you like to be transferred to another counselor? Juan didn't say anything to me. If he didn't want to help me, he could have just said that. How typical of a man to walk away from a problem. I'm literally begging for help, asking for help and he disconnects my call. Communication is key but why am I teaching you that you're the therapist.. On top of that they assigned me to psychiatrist where I had a zoom meeting. I had to wait over a month for a zoom meeting. I waited a month just to have an interview to be assig

The receptionist and therapist are amazing!! I recommend it to my friends and family

They force you to see only a specific doctor and withhold your meds if you don’t make an appointment to see them in spite of filing a grievance against the doctor. They won’t allow you to see a different provider. Avoid this clinic.

It’s not the best but boy is it good, there’s really good people here a little bit and it’s really good to just get your stuff.
