Santiago's Mexican Restaurant

If u want to eat nothing but Manteca come here. Chicharrones here are not good 🤮 !!! I was going to go for a new burrito but I don’t have time to go back and forward! It has to be done right the first time!! No Exceptions!!

Just bad all the way around. Super slow. And they laugh at you in the back. Maybe show some respect to the customer. I understand Spanish too. Also the 2 owners are making way too much now 5$ a burrito they used to be 2$ over doubled in the last 10 years and they're smaller. I'm done with this company.

We've eaten at Santiago's for more than a decade. Initially on Leetsdale in Denver, and since we've moved, at the three locations in Thornton. Tonight we ate at the 84th Avenue location, because the one on 120th has been closed for a few months. I had the usual enchilada dinner plate with half & half green chili. The plate includes rice and beans. partially through my meal, I realized they made the plate with plain enchilada sauce. I pointed this out to our waitress, and she offered to make another plate, but without the beans and rice, since I had already eaten most of those. I then suggested that they remove the entire plate from the ticket. She said she would still need to charge me for the rice and beans. She then apparently called the 'manager' on her phone, and said that I would

Ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos with half & half and it was good for the first half of the burrito! After the first half there's no chili or cheese lol. We also ordered a breakfast burrito half and half and I was just not that great :/ very salty and did not have any chili inside of it! Probably should just stick to going to another santiagos considering the rest of the reviews say the manager here is rude and doesn't make things right :/

ordered a deluxe burrito from the location on 84th and have never had issues. Today I didn’t receive what I paid for. Such a disappointment to order food and pay the extra cost associated with what you order to receive something that should have cost less. They make such a huge deal when people expect lettuce, tomato, cheese but don’t pay for deluxe, that’s valid but what about when the customer pays and receives at best a very small smothered burrito. Not even hot chile. Won’t be ordering from here again. 10 dollars for a burrito that is the smallest I’ve ever seen from this place. The fries too, such a small portion that doesn’t even cover the base of the box. I get I placed my order 30 minutes prior to close but that shouldn’t affect quality.
