I just received my order through Uber Eats, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. This was the worst Latin food I’ve ever had. The meat was very dry and had an unusual flavor, as if it had been sitting for a long time and simply reheated. Even the rice lacked freshness and taste. I would not recommend eating here — it was a regrettable experience.

Santiago’s never fails to deliver an exceptional experience. Every visit feels like coming home thanks to their warmth, consistency, and genuine hospitality. They treat us like family—remembering what we love, greeting us with smiles, and always going the extra mile. A huge thank-you to Santiago’s and the entire team for coming through for us on Thanksgiving. You made the day effortless, thoughtful, and memorable, just like you do every time we walk through your doors. We’re grateful for all you do and can’t imagine dining anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, and the menu had enough variety to work for both adventurous eaters and picky kids. Parking was straightforward, and the noise level stayed comfortable even when the room filled up, making conversation easy.

I’ve gone here a few times and enjoyed the food. I always get good customer service too. I believe they have meal deals, if you come after 5pm, but before closing. I usually get yellow rice, side of beans, pernil, sweet plantains, and macaroni salad.

We ordered catering from this restaurant for our Bold Women in Christ retreat, and everything was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and everyone loved it. The pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We are so grateful and highly recommend them for any catering need
