Aperently they cant give a refund. "Fresh cut meat everyday" my italian sub came with ransid and discolord genoa. Owner just kept trying to argue with me. He tomd me he couldnt gibe me a refund but told me to go tk the store to get the refund witch made no sence. I genualy like eating here but the owner didnt believe that they served me bad meat i offerd to take a picture and send it over but he continued to say all their meats are fresh and cut everyday.... i work with meat and know its nkt supposed to be DARK especually on the edges .Genoa can get bad fast depemding on how its put away it starts to have a sour taste to it. I also got a kids tenders with fries and that was good ofc they never dissapoint on thr tenders. Left a BAD taste in my mouth lol. They will be makimg me another sand

I LOVE this place. I have been living in Lowell for 5 years and this will always be my #1. Consistently good, the best prices, the sweetest staff, fast delivery, and they literally have so much different things to eat. I stand by this place. I get their food more than 2x a week! I suggest their NY chopped cheese & their house bowl!

I'm a huge lover of barbecue chicken pizza and not a lot of places make it anymore so I was absolutely thrilled to discover that they have it here! Nice big chunks of chicken & delicious barbecue sauce. I got the gluten-free crust and it was amazing!! Absolutely delicious through and through. Highly recommend! As I always mention in my reviews when relevant, going here supports a minority owned local small business.

In the midst of a blizzard Santoro's stayed open and was one of the only places open despite the chaotic conditions. I simply got Wing Dings and spicy fries. The Wing Dings were super crispy and better than any I've ever had at a bar or sit down restaurant. The portion of the fries was generous and very tasty as well. Very appreciative they stayed open late despite the blizzard and delivered an excellent experience.

I get pizza there all the time and it's pretty much always great. I usually order over the website but the few times I had to call it went well. I've never been inside so I can't speak for the store atmosphere, but everyone I've spoken with is nice.
