Sanya Sushi Bar Japanese and Chinese Cuisine

Good sushi and service! We went on a slow day, so the food arrived quickly. They also delivered the lo mein kids meal before the adults, which is great.

This place was a neat little spot to find down here at the Outer Banks! Stopped in for lunch and was not disappointed in the food at all! Everything was fresh and quick to the table, and nothing was old tasting or bland. My wife and I had 3 of the special rolls and a bowl of the “clear soup”. Will definitely be sure to come back and visit the next time we are in the area.

Big menu variety - had the shrimp hibachi & sexy beach and hurricane rolls. Both very flavorful , service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend for a sushi fix on OBX!

Wasn't busy. Ordered the volcano roll and generals chicken. The roll (deep-fried) was served lukewarm and the first bite of the chicken was incredibly greasy and gamey. The texture did not feel like chicken. I didn't touch the rest of it and it wasn't taken off the bill when I explained the issue to the waitress. Would not recommend.

Best sushi that I have had in OBX. My only complain is the crab roll is fake crab. Thought in obx it would be fresh real crab. Good cocktails and fresh fish. Will be back for sure
