It’s definitely the priciest combo meal you can get at this food court, and not even of the highest of quality. The worse was the wait, even though you’re spending close to $16 on their regular chicken teriyaki combo (chicken, rice, some veggies and two spring rolls with a regular fountain) they say it’s a $1 more for every fountain refill. Any other food vendor at this mall would be a better choice to spend your lunch money on.

Good Japanese food bento..had sushi, gyoza and rice and chicken teriyaki and it came with a free drink 22oz. Come and try em when your in the area.

Cool spot! Looking for a quick meal, this may not be for you. You'll get your food quick but it may take you 2 seatings to finish the box. I gave it a 3 because its not much variety here and nothing about this place stands out except its not American food. Its good food, just not food that makes you feel like you cant get this anywhere else.

I generally do not write reviews, but after the appalling experience I had today at this establishment, I feel compelled to share my concerns. What I encountered was not only disrespectful but also racist and unethical. The behavior of the two male cashiers—who I believe are of Hispanic or South American descent—was utterly unacceptable. Not only were they rude, but they also discriminated against my friend due to her accent. Initially, they attempted to charge my friend $50 for an order that was supposed to cost $14. When I intervened, one of the cashiers apologized and corrected the price. Furthermore, throughout the interaction, they openly mocked my friend's accent, laughing and making derogatory jokes in Spanish—right in front of us. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional

The staff here is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and downright unsanitary. I personally witnessed them digging in their noses and handling items without wearing gloves, which is absolutely disgusting. When I politely brought this to their attention, instead of correcting their behavior, they became visibly annoyed, ignored me, and carried on as if I hadn’t said a word. Their complete lack of hygiene, respect, and accountability is unacceptable and makes the entire place feel unsafe and unsanitary.
