This is the best Chinese food in all of Jacksonville it’s always fresh the workers are always nice and helpful with suggestions. And the teriyaki sauce is always fresh.

We are here today . All though service was fast and the food was well eaten and tasted good . The after affects were not so great . My husband and 2 year old both got severe food poisoning . Vomiting, diarrhea , and severe stomach pain . Not a fun experience . We will no longer be dining here .

Holy meat mountain Batman!!! All this food for only $7.59. The Teriyaki Chicken is amazing. They cook the food right in front of you and the service is fast. Sometimes you might have to wait a little bit because they seem to be the most popular place to eat in the food court. This is one of my favorite places to grab lunch when I am on my lunch break and no I don’t work in nor near the mall.

I'm gonna start this by saying, I have been going here since I was a small child. And as far as I can remember, the food has been great and very little has changed. (Except the name) it used to be called Sakura! Food was cooked fresh to order and is delicious.

Ordered on line to pick up two orders of chicken teriyaki using Doordash pick up app. The lady at the register didn't seem to speak English very well and basically said we don't have your food. So I wait in line and when I get back to the register the lady who doesn't speak English well basically told me they didn't have my order. So I rate Sarku at the Orange Park Mall zero stars but since the lowest rate I can give is 1 star they get 1 star only by default. The same rating goes to the Doordash Pick Up app as well. One and Done! Not coming back.
