My meal was ...just OK. I got the Chicken Teriyaki. Some of the chicken pieces were a little bit tough. Overall, the Teriyaki did not have much flavor. The portion was generous, but it was overpriced compared to other places. It was nice that you could see the chicken being cooked. I got the steamed rice because the fried rice looked mediocre for the extra price. The service was efficient. $13.54 for the meal and a drink.

the food wasn’t that bad. i got chicken and shrimp teriyaki since they were out of beef. it was pretty mediocre overall but wasn’t the worst thing. chicken and shrimp were cooked nicely. the fried rice was meh and nothing exciting. the service wasn’t the greatest. no real formal greeting. what do you want and here’s the total. also, $2 for a bottle of water? seems ridiculous they don’t have tap water.

Used to be a great place ! Went there today and paid extra for white sauce, he confirmed my order then when they finished my plate and I asked for the sauce the OWED ME, the man would not confirm that I paid WHEN I DID! SO WRONG! Scammers! Schemers! Do not pay for extra anything here! They will charge and not provide! Stay away!!!!! Also REFUSED to give me a bag to put my food in!!

My husband and I realize his order is being made incorrectly, we show them the receipt. We wait for his to be made correctly, no big deal. I know that we paid for two containers of yum yum sauce because I read the receipt several times when trying to resolve the mistake. We take our food to the table, before even sitting down I see that we didn’t get our sauce so I go up and ask for them. The woman at the register needs to see my receipt before giving them to me. I see that it is still down at the end of the line where we resolved the first issue. I wait in line again, just to get to the receipt at the end of the counter. Then she says that there is just one sauce on the receipt and I don’t argue, I just take one because I’m frustrated and ready to eat. The sauce should have been handed to

Always rude customer service. 93 cents for now their smaller white sauce containers. Tried to ask about their $5 off to sign up for their app and the guy could care less to help and answer any questions. Might I add this is he only place at the mall who doesn’t give refills for their drinks…
