Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza

I went there on 9/28/2025 around 5pm. Next day of the Grand Opening. People were waiting over 30-40 minutes for their simple orders. No sense of urgency. I went to gas station counter to complain. Their reply was. We rented this place. That’s their problem. What a horrible service and horrible people with horrible customer service. I had to wait 40 minutes for 1 piece of Chicken breast. Chicken was under cooked. Horrible taste with over slated. Don’t spend your money to go there. Horrible people with lack of sense of urgency. I will never go back again. Don’t waste your money ????

This is my second time ordering from this location and I would love to just express how amazing the customer service is The manager was such a great guy! The food was fresh and hot each time. I will definitely be back!

Nate was a great worker, nice guy he made our food quick even though he was the only one there. Food was fresh.

For a quick meal, the food is made fresh, and tasty. The people there are extremely nice and polite. Walking into the place, I didn’t expect much but came out with higher expectations for places similar to this.

Went here for the first time, Nate offered me great service and was very nice. Great fresh food on top of that.
