A terrible experience, all around. This review is based off of a delivery order. Started with my call to the restaurant to confirm that they had received my note. The woman on the phone kept rushing me and wouldn’t allow me to get to my question, continually saying “okay, so, how can I help you”. Let me ask the question and then you would know. The terrible experience continued when the pizza arrived; the dough was undercooked, and the pizza was missing a main topping! We ordered the Vegan Mediterranean Classic which comes with Vegan Al Dente Pizza Sauce, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Beyond Meat Italian Sausage, and Daiya Mozzarella Cheese. We ordered a pizza for delivery and after a while the UE app prompted us to call and inquire about an ETA, so we did. Upon answering the delivery driver or whomever immediately got short and started complaining the tip was too little and said if we wanted it faster we should’ve tipped. Nobody said anything about receiving it faster just an ETA and tips come after service NOT before. Keep in mind that there was an initial tip just not a huge one before service is actually rendered. I’d personally never order from here again. Even Dominos has better service.

Hair in my food is unacceptable and disgusting, especially after eating a couple of slices and discovering this. Called the store to complain and girl on phone really wasn’t helpful. Offered to just refund me cash by sending the driver back out to me to pick up the pizza and refund me which is ridiculous. Why not offer to remake my pizza and compensate me for the inconvenience, instead of giving me the oh well, no dinner for you tonight attitude. Where has good customer service gone. Definitely not the best experience tonight and to add insult you ask for the pizza back as proof. Pics below prove hair was in my pizza. Please require your staff to wear hair nets!!!!

WARNING!!!! Do not order from this restaurant!! Had an order of Baked Spaghetti delivered. The spaghetti had no lid on it. I had no marinara sauce or silverware. Called the manager he tells me I can’t get my money back because I paid cash. So I settled for the credit. Called in for my replacement order. After being told 30 minutes my order FINALLY arrived after over an hour. To no surprise I had no marinara sauce once again. They also sent me lasagna instead of spaghetti with cheese on top which I asked them not to do. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend you money elsewhere! Anywhere but here! Trust me!

We ordered pizza like we usually do every thursday, we ordered only 2 pizzas over the phone this time because 4 people instead of our usual big orders. And also since its buy one for 30$ get the second for 5$ it was a no brainer to order 2. They confirmed the order with us but when they arrived they brought only one pizza saying its only one pizza that was ordered. I feel scammed and taking advantage of. We usually order 8-9 pizzas every Thursday at 10/11 pm. We will not order from here again because of this mixup.
