It doesn’t matter when you call, they could be crazy busy and their employees are always pleasant! Gladly reading your order back for confirmation. They truly appreciate the business! The delivery drivers super friendly and even makes time for quick friendly banter. Pizza is delicious! Always hot, the right blend of dough, sauce, cheese and toppings. Consistent and enjoyable! If you haven’t tried them you won’t be disappointed- give it a shot!

We ordered pizza on Friday night for a quick, easy family dinner. We were told the pickup time would be 25 minutes. When my husband arrived just before that time, he was told it would be ready in “just a few minutes.” About 15 minutes passed, then a few more, and he went back to the counter to ask for an update since we had four hungry kids at home waiting. At that point, the person at the counter told him they couldn’t find our order at all — despite having told him earlier that it would be out shortly. They then began preparing our order at that time. What was supposed to be a 25-minute pickup turned into almost an hour before we finally got our food. I understand that accidents happen and that pickup times are estimates, especially during busy dinner hours. I always try to extend grace

Super friendly staff members, excellent customer service, and quick delivery even during lunch rush. Have tried many things on their sub/sandwich menu and have enjoyed them all. Favorites include their chicken parmesan and steak and cheese. I work in the area and am so glad I found this place ! Thank you !

This was my first time ordering from this place. I ordered the Margherita pizza and Greek salad. The pizza was very tasty and had a very nice crispy crust. I will order from here again.

Got these amazing heart shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day. Satucket is my favorite go to pizza place.
