Sauce Pizza & Wine

Rotten produce and gaslighting. We ordered two pizzas both with Arugula greens on top. We always appreciate that the greens are served on the side, and we were handed two boxes of greens. Thus time, the greens were rotting. This time, we were given actually rotting, slimly, black and rotting arugula. It was clearly not edible. When I went to turn one of two bad boxes in, they swept it away and said, “this is washed and sterilized, you must have just gotten one or two bad leaves.” “This new batch looks just the same!” Dear reader, you decide. I’m almost glad I went up with only one if the two boxes so I could post what I was served. They insisted it was fine, but blanched when I said I had already taken photos. Make a mistake? Please apologize and fix it. Don’t blame the custom

Came in 40 min before they closed and the girlie pop taking our order was super sweet and helped us with no attitude! The guys in the back were chatting about us and laughing but that’s fine we came in pretty late to be fair. We waited outside for our orders because we had our friends service dog but when our order was ready she came out and danced a bit to the song we were vibing to and gave us our order! Give her a damn raise, shes a sweet heart with exceptional customer service!

i LOVE sauce and their food and have for almost 15 years. however, this sauce is just not it. the food itself takes forever, tables are left dirty for far too long, and even if no one is in there, the wait is so long. it feels like this sauce never has their stuff together, no matter what time i dine.

First time eating at this establishment as a guest from an invitation from a couple friends. Everything looked really good on the menu and decided on the prosciutto and fig pizza and roasted veggie salad. The salad could have used more Roasted Vegetables and less cranberries, but ok. Really disappointed in the pizza though. It had very little flavor for the small amounts of cheese, prosciutto and fig jam? The only thing that didn't disappoint was the selection of brewed teas which were all good. After hearing so, so things about this place, I'm glad to have finally try it, to know that what I had heard about Sauce was true. Mediocre at best. There's a better place for Italian food up the street on the left side of Camelback as you head East. Now that place never disappoints and everything

Been here several times. Everything I've ordered has been especially fresh, and service has been great. Favorites include quinoa, beet, arugala salad and mushroom, artichoke pizza. Pro tip- order your pizza crust well done.
