Customer Reviews
We have been coming out here for years and will continue to come as it is so beautiful and accessible. We load up on snacks and water (bring a garbage bag)! And stop at the cute Cove Market close to the river for a parking day pass and something extra for the day. There is a nude section; we don’t go there; however if you have younger kids just a warning that grown men and women are nude everywhere so don’t be shocked, just watch your kids because there are nudies that openly walk back and forth for attention. 🤷🏻♀️☀️ The new beach access pass is now a must for the weekend so don’t forget to get that permit number and write it on a piece of paper (sign up as guest so you don’t give them all of your info). Watch your people in the water, there are a ton of currents that can take you away,
Great local beach for a day in the sand. There isn’t much shade along the water so come prepared. Definitely be sure to get your parking pass because you will get ticketed! The website has been very glitchy on mobile web so if you want an annual pass, buy it from a desktop before you make the trip out!
From the stunning views to the sound of water, it was a perfect escape from our daily routine. Have you ever done something that makes you feel like time is just standing still? That's exactly how our day at Sauvie Island Beach! 🌿🌸 There's nothing quite like spending a day in such a calm environment ! A private and simple place where you can enjoy with family, friends, kids and pets. But make sure to stay alert especially with the kids because there won’t be any lifeguards available in case of emergency. We should be extra cautious at all time while we have fun.
Great for dog's, especially on a sunny day.
Excellent place to spend your weekend on a sunny day. Swim, fish, party, kayak, surf , do whatever you like here. No boozing allowed. Parking pass needs to be purchased for $15; yearly pass is $30. One of the best places to view magical sunsets!
