Savannah's Country Buffet

Fun, casual, home-made food feeling about the place. Seat yourself at an open table and friendly service with arrive soon. I had 1/2 fried chicken (breast, wing,drumstick &thigh) with french fries. My husband had chopped steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. We both had the salad bar. The chicken thighs and drumstick were crispy and juicy. The wing and breast were a little overcooked. The French fries, rolls, and salad bar were very disappointing - bare minimum. However the chopped steak and potatoes were good. Not overpriced, so ok for the money if you're hungry out in the Florida countryside and already driving by, but I wouldn't make a special trip to eat here. Incredible food, staff, price (in a fabulas county called "Wakulla")! I literally will never forget the fried chicken dark meat and encourage people to drive up to 500 miles to enjoy-fly if farther. The entire buffet was great!

They have wonderful food service was amazing. The biscuits were massive. I recommend going back. The food is such a treat. It's delicious. It's freshly made and how they season pork chops. Oh that is so delicious! I recommend coming out here

My absolute Favorite 🤩😍🥰 the fried chicken is ALWAYS Delicious 😋 and the "creamed" corn ( casserole? ) make you slap your Mama & Daddy 😜 , the ribs fall off the bone tender , very complete style salad 🥗 bar that's ALWAYS FRESH to look at and to taste 😋 thats important! To me makes you wanna take one to go for later 🤔 😏!!! The desserts are alwssy greta too but im havingvto be good lol dr's orders 🥺 but i opted for half N half sweet / unsweet tea Delicious every time 🥰😊 So we drive big truck and they have room for us out back as well as pickup trucks pulling trailers or boats, school 🚌 buses frequent by also. The staff are all friendly and checking on you several times... if I lived in st marks area ... I would try all offered : breakfast , lunch , & dinner 🍽 😋

The price is way over the quality of food offered. The crab was over prepared leaving the legs squishy. The fish offered was mullet and broiled salmon. The salmon was very fishy flavored, not nice and unique like fresher offerings. A lot of people probably like the place and the staff was really good and worked hard but if you want quality I would recommend elsewhere.
