I don't know what this sausage is supposed to taste like but I was a little disappointed when I bit into a piece of bone! I will go back to French settlement sausage. Sorry Savoie's but I can no longer give you my business. First time was my last. Being that you are a local company and you also in Cajun country you would think you would know better and know how to make a good sausage. It wasn't bad but you'll never be able to beat French settlement sausage sorry 🤷.

I think these bad comments need to double check. Some of these products sit on trucks, especially Wally worlds... And many of them will pull orders off and sit them in the sun while getting that location off then lit it back on the truck. This is also why you see some chicken packs blown up. Don't blame this company..it is not them, it is the delivery. Some are also not up to code refrigerated like they should be and are not caught yet and many owners pick their own products up in personal vehicles and Lord knows where and how long they go before getting it where it needs to go. I know from seeing this happen from years of experience in the food industry. I'm glad I'm done with that life. I buy all of their products and never have issues. Savioe’s taste awful! Looks are deceiving! Thought I’d give this brand another try after purchasing the smoke sausage before and not liking it at all. The smoke sausage was soft like hotdog wieners and the taste was terrible. Today I saw the boudin on sale in our local store. It looked delicious in the pack so I bought it. Not only was the taste awful, it tasted as if it were SPOILED! I had a spoiled taste in my mouth and nose after eating it! Won’t try this brand again even if it was being given away!
