Saw Dust Coffee House & Dessert Bar II

We had awesome drinks on Valentine's Day night. We came in before we had dinner reservations and wanted to relax and have some drinks before our dinner. The bartender and staff were fabulous! My husband and I come here, but this night we brought our friends who had never been and they were so impressed with aviance and the great drinks. They can't wait to come again with us. Great place and excellent service!!

We had four martinis and all were absolutely wonderful. The flavor was perfect and had just the right amount of alcohol. The staff was awesome and answered all questions. Highly recommend!

If you go here get a cinnamon roll! We split one and it was delicious. The frosting is a cream cheese frosting and not too sweet. We sat outside, perfect for people watching. I had a pomegranate green tea and that was delicious too. For the roll and the tea it cost about $12 and change. So prices are pretty good as well.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place absolutely earned one, and not in a good way. The atmosphere might look inviting, but it’s completely ruined by the staff. From the moment I walked in, the workers were dismissive, impatient, and flat-out rude. Simple questions were met with eye-rolls and attitude, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the cafe exists. The service was slow, unprofessional, and uncomfortable, making it impossible to enjoy the experience no matter how decent the food or drinks might have been. A cafe should feel welcoming and relaxed, not tense and hostile. Until the staff learns basic customer service and respect, I would strongly recommend spending your money literally anywhere else.

Sawdust sells great coffee and pastries but what makes it worth stopping in when I'm on the go is the consistenly friendly service, with smiles all around. The drinks are always made well and the baked goods are top shelf!
