Saxbys at Drexel University LeBow College of Business

Lol i wouldn’t want to be the first review but im disappointed. I tried out Saxby’s at LeBow today and I got a vanilla latte and everything bagel with cream cheese. (keep in mind i paid a dollar to add on this cream cheese) First of all, it took them around 15 mins to get it ready— i think thats a little long for what i ordered. and then the real surprise came when i opened the wrapper of my bagel. i dont think the cream cheese i paid a dollar for wasnt even there tbh 😂😂 see pictures

Saxbys is amazing! The team at LeBow is really good. If you don't find the order as per your taste they will acknowledge and redo it happily! I've tried coffee at different outlets of saxbys but somehow LeBow's is the best🤷🏻‍♀️

I am a student at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, and this new Saxby's location is my favorite. It is always clean, I never have to wait long for my order to be ready, and all of the staff go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. The true star of the show is the current Student CEO, Jacob Chen, who always checks in to see how people's days are going, is very knowledgeable about the menu, and always gets me my order as quickly as he can. All in all, I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a reliable coffee spot in University City.

Had an incredible experience at this coffee shop not just for the coffee (which was excellent), but for the people behind it. The team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob, the CEO, who sets the tone with his hospitality and down-to-earth leadership. You can tell his energy trickles down through the entire team everyone works with pride and purpose. It’s rare to find a place where the product and the people both stand out like this. Highly recommend stopping by you’ll leave with great coffee and even better conversations.

I have gone to this saxbys before and had fine service, but unfortunately today was an exception. I went in and ordered a milk and honey coffee. I received my coffee with no milk. When i asked the barista, she told me to go to the self serve counter and pour my own milk and sugar. I don't mind serving myself if that was the previous standard set but I have ordered this coffee before, and it came with milk. If you didn't want to properly make the drink, give the task to someone who does or just tell me that and I will leave.
