This Sbarro location is great. Employees are always very friendly. Pizza,breadsticks and spaghetti is great always. Conveniently located inside the Lake forest oasis.

Incredibly overpriced probably because of the location. $15+ for a slice, 2 breadsticks and drink meal "deal". Service has always been very good, even saw them greeting people just kinda walking by (in a good way, not heckling), so not blaming the employees for the excessive pricing.

I placed a pick-up order for this location on 6/12/25 for 6:18 PM. I did this because I had a time sensitive appointment to make, and I didn't want to be late. It should have been a grab and go situation, but Alfredo and his coworker Portillo made sure that did not occur. I came in on time for my order, they told me they required another 7 minutes. I knew it would be cutting it close but I obliged. When I walked in, both of those service workers chose to ignore me for another 8 minutes. They took orders for 2 other customers as I stood there, flabbergasted. I called the customer service line to report the incident. When I did, Portillo decided to hide his name with a metal pan.
