The steomboli i bought the dough was still raw or not fully cooked. When i went to tell the workers they said there was nothing they could do. No customer service even after showing them the issue.

S Barro has the worst staff, very unprofessional, they charged my card twice and will not speak to me on the phone now. They answered in English then hung up.whem I was letting them know my card has been charged twice. I called back and a Spanish speaker had answered the phone and I do not speak Spanish. Im so upset and I dont live close by the mall. Awful employees, awful management.

The spaghetti was okay but the meatballs were amazing, came with a breadstick on the side. Also I brought my own water bottle 😄

I went to Sbarro on Tuesday July 11, pacific view mall Ventura Ca; I'm a regular customer because I love the pizza that Alberto manager makes; and also the very kind, great and polite customer service by Sarah, she helps me a lot to choose the variety of foods everytime that I go. However yesterday was an other guy in the morning making pizzas and was so awful pizza, it was soggy and doesn't have consistency, the guy had all the displays full of pizza and he was in the phone with his earpods and he knew that many customers were in line and he didnt pay attention to us even our line was in front of him, he didnt care to Help Sarah, she was doing all the job and taking care of all of us the customers. She did awesome job yesterday because she could handle by herself the busy time and offeri

The food is good for mall food, the manager Eddie was top tier he helped me choose and guided me through the process. He made sure I saved a buck by getting the drink with my two slices since there’s a combo which I was unaware of. So big shout out to Eddie the manager for his help. I love my food and if you’re looking for a quick bite this is fine it’s nothing special it doesn’t try to be something it’s not. It’s mall food but good mall food in my opinion it’s worth a shot to try this place if you’re at the mall. The ziti is always a great option if you love cheesy pasta. Strombolis are hit or miss depends if you like that it’s a hit. I recommend a slice a pizza, side ziti and a drink it’s a great deal and you get a good portion of food. 👍🏽
