Schlotzsky's

We are traveling through Jonesboro, and upon entering every employee is happy and very engaging! Our food was brought to us and had them check on us! Charity even stopped by and asked if we needed some boxes. Customer service is not dead, moreover they should use this location to train it!

I absolutely love their food. One of my favorite sandwich shops (outside of Potbelly). I have only order via DoorDash and my food is always flavorful and well put together. Their cookies are delicious as well.

I arrived at 12:00, ordered a salad and didn’t get it until 12:29. Food is good but 30 minutes for a salad?! Get it together.

Let’s be real I came for the Cinnabons and the sandwiches were second priority. I heated the cinnanbons according to the instructions on the box. They were still hard and a little stale. I tried the smoked cheddar turkey bbq & jalapeño sandwich medium size. Excellent unexpected flavors and the right amount of heat!!! If you like a decent amount of meat on your sandwich I would recommend ordering a large size. (Medium size is more bread than meat.)

I got the turkey avocado sandwich and it was amazing! This was the first time I’ve ever eaten at a schlotzsky’s and I will be back!
