Unfortunately reviews do not give the option to leave less than 1 star. Last evening 4 of us went to the store to purchase a 6pk of Cinnabons. When we arrived we saw only 3 in the display and you could tell by looking at them that they had been there all day. (Dried out). We asked the staff if they could make us fresh ones and after a moment of reluctance the young man said that they had more cinnamon rolls in their humidifier and asked if we wanted to take those instead. We asked how the quality of those were and he stated, "about the same as the ones on display". So of course we asked again that they make us fresh ones. The young man agreed to do so and said it would take 30 minutes. As the 3-4 male workers gathered in the kitchen area I could hear them talking about us, complaining that

The employees are so sweet!!! I messed up royally and spilled my diet coke ALL over the bar and I offered to help and apologized but they were SO nice 😭😭 PLEASE if you want excellent service and understanding people come here!!

The person who took my order was friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious.

Waited an hour for UberEats only for them to cancel my order. I understand it was not this locations fault, UberEats is sketchy at best. I had out of town guests that had never had Schlotzys so I called the store and asked them to remake order and I would pick up got to the store and the young guy at the register was super apologetic. Unfortunately the order was not 100% correct. I asked them to fix and the “owner” got up from his table to inquire. When he found out the issue he snarled and mumbled something then one of the sandwiches opened up in the bag. The owner tried to cover it up but the employee was determined to fix it for me. The owner obliged and took it to the back to “remake”, bro I know you just rewrapped it, it’s cool that one was mine and I’m easy going…… normally. The two
