This is burned up paper of some kind that was inside my husband’s sandwich tonight. To know he consumed their trash is absolutely disgusting! We go to this location cause they typically do a good job but both of us tasted something weird in our food tonight, and he’s the only one that checked.

Schlotzkys be HITTIN but WHAT DA HELL IS DIS - count your days 😤 count your days until I order again because I will probably be back sooner rather than later because the food is really good. But this is whack, don’t do it again. 🤣

On Sept. 6th, 2025 @ 5:54 pm, we stopped at Schlotzsky's 1316 N Glenstone Ave for dinner. While in the Store, noticed a window poster (See Photo) advertisement, $5.00 Pizzas after 5pm & decided to order Two Pizzas. When ordering, the counter associate informed us that offer is NOT valid. I pointed at the window poster & He politely asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager. The Manager, informed me, She can NOT honor the advertised offer. I pointed her the window poster! She said, "After 5pm the price of Pizza is $10.00 and she was waiting for new poster for the replacement and RUDELY marched off back to the food prep area. No Apology offered. The initial Counter associate was polite and apologetic. The Counter associate would be the PERFACT replacement for the Manager who was on duty that

The bread is absolutely Amazing at this location! Learned that the top baker has been working for the company over 15 years and at this location over the last 10 years! I have gone in and ordered just the bread as a special order for when I have a family gathering and it is always a hit!

The pizza was pretty good. Nothing special but the crust is really good, and came out pretty quickly. There was only one person working the front and they were a little busy running orders, restocking, and then coming to take our order. I would come back here and try something other than the pizza.
