Schulze Dining Hall

A good place on campus to eat for students, but not the best

Normally I give a very long review for places that I love, but in this case I won't. PHEBOMBENAL! Hands Down 10/10 5 ⭐

Schulze Dining Hall is not something regular. Its somewhat different, to say the least. The main problem with this dining hall is, it's unpredictive nature. One day, there will be all type of special and good food. You want to try everything. Other days, no foods will be edible. Everything will be sweet. Along with that, it closes pretty early for a dining hall due to which, you may be hungry again by the time you go to bed. Most of the people working in schulze are very friendly, but some are just straight up rude.

We had a delicious time at ULM Schultz dining Hall. The hostess was polite and welcoming along with the food being fresh, hot, plenteous, appetizing, and presentable. The dining area, buffet, and serving lines were clean and neat. As an alumni, I was proud to be a Warhawk and bring my church members to eat brunch at my Alma mater. 💛loved the salad bar ♥️the staff were great 💛the food was hot ♥️ Saturday brunch was great full of variety Waffles Pancakes Eggs Bacon Biscuits Hashbrowns Cereal variety choices Steamed and roasted vegetables We will be back. Great food, hardworking staff, good price. I love the salad bar. I may have names misspelled, but Roslyn is always pleasant to talk with with you enter, Gip is a master at the grill (he always customizes my Beyond Burger just the way I like), Tyrone knows his cajun cooking (his etouffee, creole, and jumbalaya are to die for), and Henry always gives me a fist bump in between refilling ice, keeping the tables and counters clean, and any of a dozen other jobs he does. There are others that are also really nice - I just am bad with names.
