Schwan’s Home Service

Placed an order, tracking info went dead after a day, waited four days after the shipping date for the package , food was thawed and disgusting, called and had another resent and again received no tracking info, never received my package, called again to get a refund and the lady hung up on me, after i waited in hold for 45 minuets. Schwans is an absolute joke now a days. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. And they stole my money, bo wonder their going out of business.

I have been a Schwan's customer for many years..I never had a problem with their product nor their staff, everything i ordered it was great and package well..Did I mention that they deliver to iur door.

Placed my order, for a fundraiser, on 4/13/18 the delivery is for today and yet, when I call they said my order is not loaded on a truck for delivery! I did not get groceries because I was depending on this coming to my house. I am very disappointed!

I’ve never been to this place. Stop following me Google!
