Customer Service: 0/10 My fiancé and I stumbled across this place as we were walking around the local shops in the area. I am from out of town and heard good things about Scarsdale and how affluent it claims to be, so I had high hopes for this ice cream shop. We walk in and the worker was assisting other customers and he was friendly and communicative. As soon as we get to the counter we were met with an attitude and a blank stare. I ordered 1 scoop of the Cookie Monster ice cream. The worker did not even fill the top of ice cream bowl and the total came out to be $7.51. I figured these were NY prices and we left the store. Extremely rude staff; adult male with a purple Youth Baseball of New Rochelle hat and beard. Very rude to my Muslim wife. I observed him laughing and being pleasant with the patron who was serviced prior to my wife and then he became cold and silent when she was making her purchase. Will NEVER spend a single DIME at this establishment and advise others to stay away.

Where do you go when your team wins their Sat game? For ICe Cream or Frozen Yougart! This cute shop was suggested to us by a teammate and the Frozen yougart was delicious. He had a cup of Cookies & cream and Coffee for mom. Service was fantastic and everything was explained from the menu to the self serve machines.

​This is a very tasty ice cream! As a Jewish Israeli, I was moved to see the support expressed in the signage. More power to you, and don't give up on account of a few people who don't understand what the Jewish people are going through.

It’s great for little kids but I wish they had more toppings like fresh fruits etc not just candy. Service is a hit or miss. Only reason we keep coming back is because we live in the area and it’s right next to the JCC
