First visit to Scoopsville was a definite hit! I took my niece there for her birthday, and they made her a custom milkshake with the ice cream of her choice (cotton candy). She LOVED it! They also have a ton of awesome ice cream flavors. I can't wait to go back to try some more. The staff (owners maybe?) Were so incredibly sweet and helpful and made my niece feel very special! It was great seeing so many customers come through in the 30 mins we were there. I love seeing so many folks come out and support a new local Karns business! Definitely will be back! A brand new Ice cream Parlor in Knoxville. The restaurant was spotless and had a huge selection of ice cream flavors.
Soooo good! Better than anything else in the area. Delicious Ice cream treats, try the ice cream nachos or a milkshake mania for a unique ice cream experience. The brown butter bourbon truffle ice cream is some of the best ice cream I've ever had. Good value for the amount you get! Yum yummy yum!
Amazing milkshakes and you can take home ice cream pints to have it at home so we did. amazing ice cream will definitely come again ❤️❤️
