Scooter's Coffee

Feb 6 2026 at approximately 5:46p I had a rather unsatisfactory experience at this scooters location. I ordered a large hot autumn caramel swirl latte; as is, no modifications. I have reason to believe I was given a sugar free version of the drink, as my coffee was disgustingly sweet. I have ordered this drink before and its never tasted disgustingly sweet before. I can't have artificial sweeteners, they make me sick. I was experiencing symptoms that I did have artificial sweeteners in my drink, as into 1hr of my 15hr shift i started to feel sick. This time it tasted like I was drinking pure liquefied sugar. Also the cashier had to ask me to repeat the size and temperature preferences of my coffee. This was my first visit and I’m glad I gave them a try. I usually drink Starbucks then grab breakfast some place else because Starbucks food isn’t for me. Scooters has these cinnamon buns and they are delicious…the coffee was also pretty good. I may have to have my morning coffee at Scooters from now on.

love scooter’s but most locations have an blender problem. this one was the worst with whole ice chunks at the bottom, but usually it isn’t this bad. still tasted good and had amazing service. just run the blend for a bit longer! much love xoxo

Scooters is by far one of my favorite coffee locations, I’ve been trying the chesterfield location this week and last since I’m working in the area. The location is by far the worst I’ve experienced in the past year. First couple times , maybe I just caught them on a bad day so I kept going. I’ll even give benefit of the doubt that maybe they have a bad egg in the bunch, but this is the kind of customer service you’d expect out of Dicks last resort. Love Scooters but no more chances on this location.

Delicious coffee! I got a white chocolate mocha with oatmilk and they ACTUALLY put oatmilk in it unlike other...*ahem*...establishments. I actually got to enjoy my coffee this morning :)
