Scooter's Coffee

I truly love Scooter’s Coffee—the flavors are amazing, and when the drinks are made correctly, they’re some of my favorites. I used to stop here 2–3 times a week. Unfortunately, over time I’ve had to slow down and eventually stop coming as often due to ongoing inconsistency with my orders. My go-to is a dirty chai latte with added flavors, and this has been a recurring issue: the drink often isn’t “dirty” at all, flavors are missing or inconsistent, and the cups are never full. An XL looks more like a large, and a large is closer to a medium. With prices climbing, it’s hard to justify paying $9+ when the portion size and ingredients don’t match what’s ordered. Only giving 2 stars modestly due to them actually getting the cinnalicious latte I ordered correct. Besides that, I hope this location knows the two essential ingredients to a bacon & ciabatta sandwich. Nailed the ciabatta part, but paying $5.60+ for a sandwich that ended up coming with cheese and egg, zero bacon in sight. I see why the reviews are trending downward at this location. At least other reputable coffee shops will ensure your order is right before handing it to you!

Had a gift card with $15 on the app, worker scanned it and said it didnt work. The balance now said $0. She then told me it was expired thought he date said 2036 on the card Ended up having to pay with my own money because the worker didnt know how to use a gift card

Grabbed a quick morning cup of coffee. Coffee was hot. It still able to be sipped on, the staff was friendly and got my order done quickly. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area
