I just stopped by for a late lunch I ordered the rib plate, I got four healthy ribs and a side of potato salad and green bean casserole . Everything was delicious.
I went by Scooters BBQ trailer today. I got the pork rib plate with green bean casserole and potato salad. There are other sides available. They served four meaty ribs that were cooked perfect. Good sized portions on the green bean casserole and the potato salad which were both delicious. This is a very friendly husband and wife team. They are open Thursdays through Sundays till they run out. I would recommend Scooter for a great mid-day stop. You can also take advantage of the covered outdoor seating that is available.
Good ole roadside bbq done right.
