Scorched Earth- Fire Sandwiches

What a great little pop up spot for some good food! Place an order online and food was made fresh and some extra goodies were also thrown in. The scorched earth chicken is fire in both the literal sense and the amazing sense. The burger was great as well! This place is worth the stop, can’t wait to see this place take off!

The sandwiches are awesome, especially the scorched. Fries are excellent. Service is fantastic and love supporting a local business.

Tried this on a whim and we were surprised to find that it's best dang fried chicken sandwich we've ever had. Highly recommend and we will be coming back!

Chef Mikel’s scorched concept is absolutely worth the trip to Fallbrook. The menu is not your typical fried chicken or smashburger sandwich but an intentionally curated masterpiece. We’ve been twice now, and need to go back so that we can get through the whole menu. The Baja Med and Calabrian are my favorites, as far as the chicken sandwiches. but you can’t go wrong with any item. I recommend the Bulgogi smash to experience the elevated burger concept but you’ll be equally pleased with sticking to the California country or the adult smash. Chef Mikel has worked in top California restaurants, so getting an opportunity to experience his food as a Mehko concept is an incredible deal.
