10/10 experience. The staff is so hospitable, knowledgable and kind. I was greeted with enthusiasm and good energy, so I knew I was in good hands from the start. I was given a few recommendations and they did not disappoint! Salmon chunks were so well seasoned, fried to perfection and most important CLEAN! No flubbery brown lines and excess fat. Just 100% wild caught salmon. The Shrimp were truly jumbo shrimp. Fried crispy and topped with a sauce of your choice. Shark sauce is the house sauce, get that and put it on everything!!! The wings were crispy and seasoned so perfectly. You can get them baked or sauced. I upgraded to rice instead of fries and it was more than worth it. The rice was EVERYTHING! Just do it. The food is top tier. I always get the whiting, shrimp and lobster tail combo. It came with fries. The lobster is not rubbery and over cooked, its seasoned well and not salty. The same is said for the shrimp and whiting. The seafood is fresh and doesn't taste gamey like Seafood City and Johnny's in City Island. This is a family black owned eatery. They are very polite and welcoming. It becomes packed quickly as soon as it opens, so Irecommendcoming earlier. I have come when it opens at 1pm and at 8pm closer to closing and the taste is consistent and flavorful. I wish they had a garlic butter to go on the side is the only critique. Ok now I want the viewers of my review to know I am extremely critical when it comes to my food so take this review seriously. I’ve been here now 3 times after a IG foodie influencer posted this spot, and let me tell it went beyond my expectations. It doesn’t taste like a regular fish n shrimp spot. I didn’t need a drop off sauce on my whiting cause it was seasoned perfectly annnnddd the fish and shrimp are not oily from the grease so I truly appreciate that. Now they have soul food sides on specific days and I must say it gave me Thanksgiving before Thanksgiving. The service is always great, they have excellent hospitality and have a very inviting aura. I will continue supporting. Keep up the good work, food and vibes guys!

Ordered salmon bites and chips( fries) and a piece of whiting . I didn’t want to be greedy!! Let’s just say the food was delicious!! I am a very picky eater and just started eating fish past 2 years !! This fish was fresh thoroughly cleaned and seasoned to perfection!! Has the right amount of everything! Only thing I wish was to have Macaroni and cheese as a side. I was informed that it is only served on Sundays!! That’s ok I will be back for sure !! Would have a better photo but I came straight in the house and ate !! If your in a rush don’t be they prepare your food while you wait so everything is fresh right out the oil!!

Second time coming here and I must say they have the best fried shrimp uptown the flavors are amazing hands down I’m sorry to say but that’s how city island shrimps use to taste …..the cat fish is so good and the salmon chunks amazing I will deff continue to come back .
