Customer Reviews
I discovered this exceptional establishment this spring and was thoroughly impressed. The culinary offerings, service, and ambiance all exemplify top-tier fine dining. Every aspect of the experience is meticulously crafted and presented with passion. Since my initial visit, I have returned three times, despite residing in Virginia, a four-and-a-half-hour commute.
We recently had the absolute best dinner my husband and I have had in a long time at SeaBlue. Although I have been wanting to go there for several years, the prices are a little expensive and with all the restaurants within a half hour of us, I wasn't sure if it would be worth the price. Well, I can definitively say that it was worth every penny. From the minute we walked in until the minute we left the restaurant, the staff at SeaBlue made us feel like we were special customers. Whenever we go out to eat for a special occasion, I always note it on my reservation, but ususally nothing special happens. Not the case at Seablue. I made the reservation on OpenTable and put in the notes that we were celebrating an anniversary. When we walked in, the hostess greeted us, looked up our reservation
The fact that it is a strip can be tricky. It looks very underwhelming from outside but definitely has an intimate upscale-esque vibe to it once inside. It is not a big place. Easily over 100 per person for dinner. Reservationa during the cacation season is a must. I had the braised short ribs while my companions had 16oz steak with lobster. The steaks were $129 per, so you can see how easy a bill can yet to $300 easy. Best part was the service. Very attentive but in a very family gathering way where they did not hover but mtiple servers will make sure you glass is not empty and plates dont clutter the table.
Celebrated our Anniversary while on vacation and the food was amazing! I ordered the sea bass and my husband ordered the turf and surf. Portion sizes were plenty and mouth watering. Every single bite was delicious. Not too busy and really quaint while still upscale. Loved the provocative art also.
This restaurant far exceeded my expectations and a top highlight of our vacation. The food was absolutely incredible. My husband had the seafood risotto and I had the seabass fresh catch of the day. I’m pretty my dish was in the top 5 I’ve ever had! The owner helped us pick out a bottle of white for dinner that we are still raving about a week later. Everything from the service, atmosphere, food and wine was a home run. I can’t wait to go back!
