Seal Rock Inn Restaurant

A wonderful breakfast at the new Seal Rock Inn Restaurant. This location has been ckosed for years but now has a new life as a great little cafe with a French flair. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Parking is easy with the Lands End lot just across the street. A great place to begin or close a day by the coast.

A cozy and very high quality French Bistro. We’re loving the new incarnation of this restaurant! This is now one of the best breakfast & lunch spots in the city; no exaggeration! Waffles and benedicts are delicious as are their brunch sandwiches especially their take on the banh mi. The ciopino is a multilayered symphony of herbs, aromatics along with a incredibly delicious broth- very well made. Great service too; love this place!

Best breakfast in San Francisco ❤️. The chicken is so soft and the french toast just melts in your mouth. The burger is super big.

I’ve been coming to this location on and off for 20 years when it was under different management. AND FINALLY….WOW!! The food, service and location are all spectacular. I always come for breakfast and it’s a wonderful treat. Parking is super easy.!It’s nice to walk after meals through Sutro Park or take in the views at Lands End. Once after breakfast my friends and I asked for a tour of the rooms. ALL THE ROOMS have been renovated and each are really nice. Most have fireplaces. Each room has a nice view. ADA compliant with really nice bathrooms and furnishings.

Marvelous views, forgettable chews! Took Papa Always for breakfast before a hike in Lands End. The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was upscale but not too stuffy. Plenty of sunshine pours through the windows and a glimpse of the mighty Pacific will dazzle your eye. In regards to value: the prices are high but not unreasonable. That said, while the dishes were sufficient, I can't quite bring myself to rave about them.
