SeaSide Bistro and Bar

The food is great 👍. Being a guest at the Hotel Holiday Inn, adults get vouchers while children eat free. Service is great 😊. The servers are friendly and scenery is a good look over the beach view. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. My family enjoyed and recommend to anyone to come visit and try it out.

Great food! We got the grilled salmon w/ veggies and the BBQ bacon burger w/ onion rings! Delicious!! But Even better service! The young lady working was SO pleasant and accommodating. I’d go back just because of her caring disposition.

This is a restaurant inside the Holiday Inn and open to the public. They have a very affordable menu, and a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. There was also a DJ there on the Saturday I stopped in playing a variety of great music. The server was high energy and friendly. The food was good. The view was beautiful. I parked in the lot and let them know I didn't have a tag but just wanted to visit the restaurant. The server said not to worry about it, there was no problem as I left within an hour. Something to mention to server if you drive here from another place though.

Maybe the best kept secret in Daytona. The Holiday Inn's restaurant has great food in a fantastic beach atmosphere. Sit on the patio overlooking the pool and beach, or inside in slick, glossy fresh environment. Food is GREAT and the service was quick. BTW - I see a few reviews here concerning the manager/bartender being unfriendly. I don't think that's the case. It seemed to me that he isn't there to charm people or make new friends. He IS there to serve you quickly and efficiently, which he certainly does well. And when I complimented him on the place and the food he he was clearly happy to hear it and was quite gracious.

We didnt stay at the hotel, but we visited the restaurant. My daughter had shrimp alfredo and said it was some of the best shrimp she has ever had, my husband had the monterey chicken with red skin potatoes(off the chain!) and my daughters friend had barbeque chicken flatbread. All of it was exceptional, except my fries which were mushy. The price was very reasonable for the area and we would return here. The waitress was also very friendly, we never had to ask for refills or anything.. She was on top of it! (We didnt get a pic of the monterey chicken but here is the shrimp alfredo and flatbread.)
