Customer Reviews
I went here for the first time tonight and had possibly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the seaweed salad and the cashier asked me what dressing I wanted. I was a little confused since seaweed salad doesn’t have dressing, its just seaweed and cucumber and the glaze. The cashier said its required to pick one so I did since I figured the POS just requires it, no big deal. When we got our food I was even more confused to see a clump of NORMAL seaweed salad tossed on top of some lettuce, I have never seen it this way in my life and this is not how its made normally; but I once again wasn’t going to make a fuss. I then opened the spicy tuna roll I ordered and was hit with the smell of old fish. The tuna was grey and smelled and as someone who eats sushi often I kn
I understand this isn’t completely the businesses fault, but I ordered a bowl that I thought was a medium size but i accidentally ordered a junior. I thought it was a medium because it was $16. I went back and the worker basically said they can’t do anything about it because it was through uber. I understand but it would have been nice for her to just remake a medium for me since I spent nearly double the amount for half the food. I work in costumer service and have always remade it even if it was on them , just the right thing to do :(
Everything was great until I looked at my food. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and was handed 8 hunks of tuna sloppily groped with rice squirted with siracha sauce on top. Genuinely a toddler could have done this better. This is not the fault of the workers but of a failing of whoever approved of this menu. No texture no flavor no curing of the meat. Will not be returning to any location of seasons of Japan.
I just had the most horrible experience with this Seasons of Japan. I would not recommend ordering over the phone or even through DoorDash as I have made this mistake on lucky 10/10. I have an extremely arrogant and rude manager at this establishment to thank for this utter mistake I have made. The best I would cogitate about this service is that I did not get to experience such tasteless human behavior in person.
This place seems to be a very popular, local place for quick-service rice bowls and sushi. I got the Monster Roll and the another deep fried roll. They seem to all come in to-go containers with packets of wasabi and ginger. Although I didn't try out the side packets, the sushi wasn't bad. I'd recommend the Monster Roll over the other one I ordered. The service was okay. It is all meant to be quick service, so you order at the counter and wait to pick up your food. The atmosphere is busy and unremarkable. People are constantly coming to pick up their orders. There are drinks and plastic forks at the side. My favorite part of the restaurant is the self-serve station of yum-yum sauce. Overall, would recommend for quick, to-go sushi.
